Energy
Estanda offers special steel components that play a significant role in the technological processes of generating electricity and heat. The products are used in power plants at inlet walls and liner plates for grinding coal in horizontal mills and have exceptional wear resistance characteristics. Also, the products are used in energy plants that use biomass as an energy source, and this includes special steel refractory elements resistant to high temperatures. For hydroelectric power plants, stainless steel parts are on offer.

Mining
In the field of mining, Estanda produces special steels and alloys for the processes of breaking and grinding minerals and stones. Special steels are resistant to abrasion and wear: highly resistant grinding plates in the impact zone, intended for quarries (limestone, quartz, gravel), thrust piles for strong impacts adapted to the hardness and grain size of crushed material, high-performance hammers that absorb the effects of structures and provide good hardness and wear resistance, then kinetic systems for preparation before crushing. Unlike traditional ones, Estanda has developed a new complete system for pre-crushing different types of materials (limestone, quartz, clinker, coal) which enables grain sizing and more homogeneous material distribution, thus contributing to overall production and energy efficiency.
