Long-term cooperation with the leader in the area of refractories-company RHI Magnesita, has developed an efficient technical service which is constantly present in our two largest customers in Serbia in the area of steel industry and engaged as needed by other customers in our territory. It is also operational for outsourcing outside territories we represent for all types of technical support services in the area of application and use of refractories.
We are a company with four experienced service technicians with more than 18 years of expertise in the field of refractories. We add value and improve sales and customer satisfaction with daily on-site activities in steel and cement plants.
During the years of work, alongside irreplaceable experience, our technical service has undergone numerous educations and trainings organized by RHIM and Interstop in Vienna, Veitch, Leoben, Hunenberg, and more. Expanding capacity by hiring and training new employees is in the process as part of a long-term plan to enter the European market.
