With its new web tool, RHI Magnesita seeks to unify the inventory management processes for customers

Based on the analysis of the processes among customers in South America and Europe, the integration of various RHI Magnesita Systems was performed, as well as the unification and modernization of the material inventory control system through the implementation of the SAR + web tool. It is a state-of-the-art digital solution customized for each customer’s specifics. User access via the web further improves the user experience without compromising data security, making it faster and more efficient.

SAR + visualizes all material movements – from material receipt to final application, allowing for better and more accurate forecasting and planning of consumption, production, and optimization of costs. It gives a huge potential for improving and simplifying processes, automation, and rationalization. This feature also provides customer transparency, thanks to the user portal and reports on the durability and performance of refractory materials.
